New construction – A NEW 14,743 SF TWENTY ROOM TRANSIENT LODGE BUILDING
The project includes site development, and construct a new twenty room transient lodge building with meeting rooms & warming kitchen.
This project entails the new construction of a single auto repair facility. The project is 4,500 sf over a single story. There are 8 service bays and a central hub that contains a reception area, offices, restrooms, and a break room.
The project consists of a new 75,000 SF tilt-up concrete beverage distribution warehouse and a two-story wood-framed office portion totaling 7987 SF, with related site work.
Design-Build 19,200 sq. ft. Metal Gymnasium Building and Site Development.
This building is used as a gymnastics facility for all age groups 3 years old to aspiring Olympic athletics.
Constructed in 1998 (the original Pacific Northwest Title Building) this 11,303-sq. ft. building was remodeled and converted into a medical center in 2012.
3 Floors Constructed in 2008 (originally “Amish Touch”) this 28,000-sq. ft. building was repurposed and converted as medical center in 2010.
Currently featuring a popular coffee shop and assorted medical practices.
4550 NW Newberry Hill Rd is a miscellaneous (commercial) located in Silverdale, WA 98383. Built-in 2007, this property features 4 bathrooms, 0.66 acres lot, and 6,800 sq ft of living space.
Building 1 will be converted to three levels of residential units and storage. Building 2 will retain one level of retail and parking and add a new second-level west end of residential units. East end of Building 2 will retain one level of parking and its second level will be converted to residential units and parking. From the exterior, the building section facades will each retain their distinct aesthetic and respect the existing rhythm of 4th Street established by the narrow storefront widths.
This building was converted from the old Kitsap Health Dept. and Military Officer’s Quarters to new office space. The upper floor is vaulted ceilings with Glu-Lams & Sips panels & is currently FPH Constructions office space.

There are currently five Family Pancake House restaurant locations in Washington: Edmonds, Redmond, West Bremerton, East Bremerton, and Port Orchard.
This project re-develops a vacant lot in Poulsbo. The project consists of a new 2,700 sf building for the display and sales of merchandise, remodeling an existing sales office building to be used as the nursery office, (2) new canopy buildings to display various plants and related products. The remainder of the site will be used for the display and sales of various related materials.
The project consists of a 15,000 sf, two-story engineered metal-framed building with related parking & site improvements to the east half of the existing property. The first floor will house the fishline market and warehouse function. The second floor will house approximately 7,500 square feet of office & business use.
Restoration Project: New Roxy marquee and blade signs with a new digital projector and 7.1 surround sound system with enhanced Art Deco interior improvements.
Roxy Theater is 75-year-old, originally opened on May 29th, 1941.
This was a Design-Build project for the community base nonprofit consisting of homes that were built in the 1800s as a logging community. New construction of guest suites, demolition of the Juniper building and reconstruction of a new meeting and community building.
