4th Street

Building 1 will be converted to three levels of residential units and storage. Building 2 will retain one level of retail and parking and add a new second level west end of residential units. East end of Building 2 will retain one level of parking and its second level will be converted to residential units and parking. From the exterior, the building section facades will each retain their distinct aesthetic and respect the existing rhythm of 4th Street established by the narrow storefront widths.
